Sales Credit Terms and Condition.
Payment Terms: In cases where credit is extended, AR Instrumed's standard payment terms require full settlement of the account on or before the last day of the month following the purchase of goods.
Non-Payment and Consequences: Failure to pay an invoice by the due date gives AR Instrumed the right to suspend delivery, decline further orders, and cancel any existing supply contracts without prior notice. Interest shall be payable on any overdue balance, calculated from the date of purchase, at the prevailing interest rate as per the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 2005, for each month or part thereof during which the invoice remains unpaid.
Credit Limit: During the initial month of credit account, the credit limit will be determined and set by AR Instrumed.
Credit Withdrawal: The customer's credit may be withdrawn if they exceed the authorized credit limit.
Debt Collection Costs: Should the company engage solicitors or mercantile agents to recover overdue amounts, the customer shall bear all legal fees, collection charges, and tracing agent fees incurred. Any payments made shall be allocated firstly towards such fees and charges, then towards interest, and finally towards the outstanding capital amount.
Retention of Title: Goods supplied shall remain the property of AR Instrumed until they are paid for in full.
Warranty
3 Years Warranty: Each instrument will be replaced free of charge in case of manufacturing defects or problems arising from normal and recommended use (upon its return). To ensure optimal performance, customers must adhere to the attached instructions for instrument sterilization, cleaning, and maintenance, or refer to www.ar-instrumed.com.au. The warranty is void if instruments are used improperly or if proper care is not taken. Tungsten Carbide instruments are not covered by the 3 Years Warranty.

Both parties agree that this contract is governed by the laws of Victoria and is considered to have been made within that state.
